Responsible Gaming
At Cashwin we believe play should stay light, affordable and entirely voluntary. This page explains the safeguards built into your account and where to turn if the fun starts to fade.
Our commitment as a licensed operator
Cashwin is operated under licence 365/JAZ issued by Curaçao eGaming to Softgenius N.V. That licence obliges us to treat player protection as an operational duty rather than a marketing slogan, and our internal procedures are reviewed against it on a regular cycle.
Every member of our support staff completes awareness training covering the signs of disordered play, the correct escalation route, and the tone to use when a player reaches out about their own gambling. Conversations of this kind are never redirected to a sales script.
Registration is restricted to adults who have reached the legal minimum age in their place of residence. In Ireland that threshold is 18, and accounts opened with falsified age details are closed with funds returned in line with our verification rules.
Tools available inside your Cashwin account
Deposit caps can be configured on a daily, weekly or monthly basis from the Safer Play area of your profile. Tightening a cap applies straight away; loosening one is held for a 24-hour cooling period so the decision is never made in the heat of a session.
Reality checks interrupt play at an interval you choose and display elapsed time together with net position for the session. Session limits automatically end play once your chosen duration expires.
Time-out periods run from 24 hours to six weeks and suspend access without closing the account. Self-exclusion lasts a minimum of six months, cannot be reversed before it expires, and is accompanied by removal from all Cashwin promotional mailings.
If you would prefer not to configure these settings yourself, our support team can apply any of them on your behalf once you confirm the request in writing.
Signals worth paying attention to
Warning signs rarely arrive all at once. Chasing a losing run with larger stakes, playing longer than intended, or feeling restless when you cannot play are early indicators that the balance has shifted.
Financial strain deserves particular attention. Funding play from credit, from money set aside for household costs, or from borrowing against future income moves gambling out of the entertainment budget entirely.
Concealment is another common marker — deleting transaction notifications, understating the amount staked, or avoiding questions from a partner about spending. Where several of these patterns appear together, stepping back is the sensible response.
Protecting minors in your household
Shared devices are the most frequent route by which underage access occurs. Log out of Cashwin after each session, avoid saving payment credentials in the browser, and keep account passwords away from family members.
Filtering software such as Gamban, Net Nanny or GamBlock can block gambling domains at device level. These operate independently of our systems and remain effective even if a browser profile is changed.
Where we identify an account being used by someone under the legal age, play is suspended immediately, any winnings are voided, and deposits are returned to the original payment source.
